Wonderfalls. OMG. This show is surreal, imagine Joan of Arcadia if the show was on acid (and I mean this in a good way) and if JoA took itself a little less seriously.
Things to like.
*Jay, the main character, an individual so beset by the foibles of life that she has real pathos.
*Her family, this brings whole new meaning to the word "dysfunctional".
*The writing. Witty, original, very smart. Made the first new episode of Crossing Jordan a real dissapointment.
*Jay's coworker. Oh, so typical of the pathetic losers of the world, that can fall in pile of cow manure, and come out clean and pure as the driven snow and smelling like a bouquet of roses.
Things not to like
*Overall the show will not be given a chance (see two points below)
*IMO, the viewing public at large will probably see this as way to quirky and way to derivative of JoA and will stay away.
*the general public has now appreciation of original writing and will not respond. They'll also dislike the premise of talking nicknaks.
These points probably do not make any sense to anyone.
