Question to the collective mind were those cabins the same ones used in the movie Ring? They looked mighty familiar. Big question this episode: Who deserves to be saved? Creepy serial killer, haunted and driven by the tragic death of g/f years before, enters into Tru's world of mortal deliverance. And to save brother Harrison's budding romance with best gal pal Lindsay, Tru might have to give up any chance she has with Luc. Definitely against formula, formula writing and plot development says Tru should have the guy and her destiny, but that may not be the direction these writers are going. Sorry this times my thoughts about Tru Calling turned a little more serious. Is that correct? If so I think I will rewatch it and see if my original judgements still hold. Or if rewatching, in view of the really good ways they have developed this series will effect my opinions. (FWIW, IMO, I do not think beauty pageants make an interesting background for anything) Tru's brother, Harrison, really somethings gotta be done about that guy. And last five minutes or so had an interesting, IMO, plot development. That is so DISSAPOINTING!!!! OMG, what is wrong with Fox, rhetoridcal query? This season has been very good with almost every episode being better than the one before. For everyone's sake who is enjoying this I'll try to send the right psychic vibes to Fox executives, "you will listen to the almighty voice and do my bidding!! When they referenced it in the episode, it made me so mad! Okay, and the new guy. Is it just that I'm upset that they're pulling this stunt of slapping in a name they think will get ratings? Or does that guy need acting lessons? I'll have to see if my sister mentions it. It usually bugs her more than me, and this time it bugged me. I'm sure it's just that I hate when they feel they have to change everything to keep the show on the air. I wonder if anyone really falls for that sort of thing. Would someone who would never watch this show, suddenly decide to give it a try because this actor is now on it? Does it seem like he's stealing screen time from the characters I already know and like? Davis is the number 2 man as far as I'm concerned. It seems like they're trying to squeeze this guy in to take the second spot, and push Davis down to the third. Am I crazy? Did anyone else get that feeling? I was glad to see Ben, I mean Luc was still in the picture. (I never saw him as Ben on Guiding Light, but my sister talks about it all the time, so I sometimes call him Ben.) Well, I'd better get back to work, so I can afford to keep my TV!!

It kind of makes sense. I thought Davis was going to be the one who got the powers when Tru's mother died. I guess it's more inherited. I liked the episode. I liked how Harrison rose to the challenge of helping someone. It's too bad it didn't go well for him. I knew that the guy was going to be the target of the shooter once I figured out that the girl died because of the game. I didn't expect her to commit suicide, though. Any way, that's why Tru and Harrison walked the guy out. It was his own fault for going back. The next one looks interesting!

For example, all the people who did not get in the beginning, this is not a Buffy show. Tru Davies is a unique character, she is not a pseudonym for "Faith", and the show's plots are not "Faith works in a morgue. Now I feel like I needs to inform some clueless folk on another mailing list, and they're trying to talk about how hot Eliza is ( she is a sexy young lady, duh), that Tru Calling is not really Missy works in a morgue, either. Please, could we order up a whole mess of clues, this show has its own identity and its own unique sensibility. (I guess i feel a little better, now) BTW, Fox, Fox, please renew for season 2. Stupid stupid FOX!! I sat down to watch last night's episode. It was postponed because of American Idol. How do they expect to get ratings when they keep screwing with when things are on. I live for watching TV, and I can't keep track of what's on when. So I do something else while I'm waiting. Turns out the crap was only on for half an hour. So I missed the first half of Tru Calling! What's worse, I'm wondering if the fans of American Idol even knew it was on! What is wrong with those idiots?? They need to get their heads out of their butts! I don't think I'm going to watch any new shows on FOX. What's the point? Sooner or later they screw them up, one way or another. Why waste my time getting invested in something just to get pissed off when they do something stupid? Any way, what I did see makes me say, what's up with Jack? Now he's broked up Lindsey and Harrison. He's a scary guy. Is it because he can't act, or in spite of it?
