Really groovy stuff! Willow is so CUTE. Dunno what the current status is but I hope there's hope.

I really want to believe that's it's back on but there is way too much conflicting information and has anyone heard if the actors have recorded the voices yet?

This is getting more confusing by the minute.

I subscribe to Scifi Guys newsletter, <www.scifiguys.com (BTW, a great newsletter, comes out and delivered to your E-mail, every two weeks), they report too that the animated series might be due for a January 2003 start date.

If I would dare to hope this is true, and right now I am more confused than anything, this is very good news.

Especially what Fox wanted changed. "Um Joss, can we *not* have Buffy stake the Vampires through the heart?" Sheesh. However, SciFi Wire is *somewhat* reliable, so skeptical - yes; hopeful - yes.

Which explains why the show was pulled. It was nothing against Joss or ME (which has been speculated elsewhere). It was due to Fox being incredible idiots who wanted to fuck with an established idiom.

No good news but somthing I heard at the con today. WB's Kids programing dudes who were working with ME folks had questions like could Buffy be called something besides "the Slayer" and does she has to plunge the stakes into the vampire's heart to defeat them? According to my source at the con, these are the questions and concerns that sunk the project.
